Project Manager

YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR DREAM JOB!

As our new PROJECT MANAGER, you will be working closely with our Senior Team to execute advocacy campaigns across the United States. You’ll also be charged with reviewing and optimizing our advocacy campaign processes and procedures.

Because we’re a small team, you’ll also have lots of opportunities to add value to the organization by assisting with day-to-day management tasks that free up the Senior Team to focus on strategic growth opportunities.

YOUR ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION, DEFINED…

  • Day-to-Day Management of Advocacy Campaigns (50%) – You’ll execute our advocacy campaigns with excellence - ensuring every detail aligns to achieve our clients’ campaign expectations.
  • Improve Advocacy Campaign Processes (20%) – In an effort to continually improve, you’ll be responsible for improving the efficiency of our project fulfillment by optimizing project management outcomes, checklists and SOPs.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team (30%) – We’re looking for a utility player that can support the Senior Team, freeing them up to focus on strategic growth activities for the company. You’ll be responsible for organizing team meetings, researching and preparing reports on advocacy issues and other administrative tasks associated with our advocacy campaigns.

  • You hold yourself to a standard of excellence ONLY, focusing on even the smallest of details in your day-to-day tasks.
  • You're a self starter and  have an unrelenting sense of urgency about breaking inertia and taking action to make our advocacy campaigns a reality.
  • You understand the principle of extreme ownership and are willing to hold yourself accountable for your actions and decisions.
  • You're a problem solver and have confidence in your ability to identify your vital priorities and then focus like a laser on achieving them. 
  • You have integrity in the work place and at home and are a person of your word.  Someone who UNDERpromises - and OVERdelivers.
  • You're a friendly person who genuinely cares about people.  We have a close team and some really great clients and we need someone who will nurture those relationships.
